This is for anyone who's interested in baking (from scratch). I have useful tips, great recipes, and easy-to-follow instructions with photos (most of the time). I'm a home baker (from Chicago) using this blog to document and share my baking experiences. I started baking for fun a few years ago and now I love it! I'd say it's my number one hobby and I try to bake as often as I can. Most of my recipes are usually taken from other sources (which are cited).
